Job Title: Healthcare Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
1.Maintain all mandatory training and take responsibility for own professional development.
2.Implement principles of safeguarding vulnerable adults and children.
3.Maintain confidentiality of patient and health service information in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
4.Ensure patient comfort during moving and handling procedures and minimize risk of acquiring healthcare-associated infections (HCAIs).
5.Maximize patient throughout and escalate any issues to the Clinical Lead.
6.Participate in departmental audits and incident/complaint management.
7.Assist with coaching others as directed by the Senior.
8.Ensure full compliance with Pulse Health Group, Policies, Radiation Regulations, Data Protection, and Health and Safety legislation.
9.Act in line with agreed procedures always to maintain a safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
Qualifications and Experience:
1.Awareness of, and compliance with Pulse Health Group, Policies and Procedures, Radiation Regulations, CQC requirements, and Health and Safety legislation.
2.Awareness of, and compliance with, Data Protection and Patient Confidentiality.
Initial and refresher mandatory training.
IT literacy
Enhanced DBS clearance required.
3.Flexibility to operate across multiple sites if required.

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced, HCPC Registered Radiographer with at least 2 years of MRI scanning experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of MRI examinations, including specialised examinations such as cardiac, abdominal, neurological, and musculoskeletal, and contributing to the management of the service. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and be passionate about learning and personal development.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Perform a variety of MRI examinations with and without contrast.
2.Participate in the management of the service, including quality, health and safety, and audit initiatives.
3.Contribute to the constant improvement of internal processes in collaboration with the UK management team.
4.Maintain an up-to-date CPD portfolio
Requirements:
1.HCPC Registered Radiographer with at least 2 years of UK MRI experience
Recognised qualification in intravenous cannulation (SoR)
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Good IT and administration skills
Flexible, organized, and enthusiastic attitude
Willingness to learn and develop.
Working Hours:
37.5 hours per week, Monday to Sunday

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent front of house skills, be warm, approachable, friendly, and have strong people skills. They should be confident in handling the pressure of a busy office reception and be able to multitask efficiently.
Responsibilities:
1.Meet and greet visitors, contractors, and manage their sign-in and visitor passes.
2.Handle calls into the reception and provide administrative support.
Manage goods 3.inward/collections, post deliveries/collections, and meeting room bookings.
Point of contact with building concierge and liaison with the facilities department.
4.Maintain office space tidiness and replenish stationery, kitchen consumables, printer consumables, and paper.
Manage coffee machine, milk supply, and daily cleaning.
5.Keep track of facility jobs and order Hello my Name is badges and PPE supplies.
6.On-call rota for HODs and support the Admin Office as required.
Admin office purchase order and invoice tracking.
Sending out training manuals.
Requirements:
1.Good standard of education and several years of reception/administrative support experience.
Good IT experience, especially with Microsoft applications.
2.Excellent communication skills and team working experience.
Awareness of confidentiality, especially in a healthcare setting.
Ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
